With regular film premieres, concerts, fashion shows and football matches, London is a great place to catch a glimpse of the rich and famous.
Of course, while they're in town, the glitterati have to eat, and these are some of their favourite haunts.
Nobu Berkeley St
It figures that celebs love this place. Apart from its reputation for great food, this Japanese fusion restaurant specialises in sushi, which is low in calories! Among the intriguing fancies on the Nobu Berkeley St menu are giant edamame beans, seared toro with yuzu miso, and delicious chocolate bento boxes.
The Ivy

Good English food is hard to come by in places like Hollywood. So when the stars visit London, it's no surprise that they head to The Ivy. Not only does it serve up traditional British dishes, but it also does so beautifully. Classic treats such as shepherd's pie and fish cakes, teamed with warm, inviting surroundings and stained-glass windows, make it a very cosy place to dine.
J Sheekey
Also owned by the Ivy group, J Sheekey opened in the late 1800s and has always been a restaurant for the wealthy and well-known. The focus is on fish here, with some fabulous dishes on the menu. Favourites include Colchester oysters, organic Irish salmon and salt-baked wild sea bass.
Sketch

Created by Momo's Mourad Mazouz and brilliant French chef Pierre Gagnaire, Sketch contains a gallery, bar and three restaurants. However, the Lecture Room is the place to go if you are after fine dining. The interiors scream "no expense spared", with ornate details and a crystal-adorned bathroom. The food is modern European with unique flair.
Yauatcha
The interiors of Alan Yau's Broadwick Street "tea house" Yauatcha are every bit as enchanting as those of its big sister, Hakkasan. Marvel at the perfectly formed Japanese cakes, before taking the stairs down to the dim-sum restaurant, where a fashionable crowd dine on a menu of more than 84 amazing dishes.
Cipriani
Located in ever-fashionable Mayfair, Cipriani opened in 2004, bringing top-end Italian style to London. Celebs at Cipriani enjoy comforting Italian dishes and delicious bellinis, before being photographed leaving the restaurant on the way to their next glamorous party.
