Harry Morgan's
About Harry Morgan's
For a slice of Upper-West-Side dining in leafy North London, look no further than the iconic Harry Morgan's restaurant on St John's Wood High Street. This shining beacon of Manhattan-ness is home to an eclectic crowd of homesick New Yorkers, models and actors working abroad on location, and a well-heeled expatriate contingent who come to salivate over the deli-style sandwiches and salads and talk shop. Established in 1948 by a local butcher, this acclaimed restaurant has become a dining destination in its own right, and is renowned for being great value for money. For "When Harry-met-Sally" style dates and buzzy lunches, this is the place to be. Don't miss the award-winning chicken soup.

This is a jewish restaurant, not an establishment that serves american cuisine. If you're not jewish and don't ask specifically for the bread to be buttered, etc. it's not a good place for those not familiar with jewish customs.
We had a great supper at Harry Morgan's in St John's Wood. The food is New York Deli/Jewish type and delicious! The staff are friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit. Even better if maybe TT could provide an offer!
Harry Morgan is not Welsh. It serves good, tasty, middle-European comfort food and burgers. Good value and tasty. Gernerally good service too.
This was a return visit to Harry Morgan's. This is certainly not a plush restaurant but provides a warm welcome and excellent New York style deli food cooked well. The chicken schnitzel and the simple viennas, eggs and chips were both good. We notice that their chips can vary. Tonight's were fab. very hot and cooked to perfection! We will return. Very good apple strudel!
Always very good.
