A unique addition to the City of London bar and restaurant scene, Bar Battu is the area’s very first all natural wine bar. Focusing on a wine list made up of pure, honest and natural labels, Bar Battu serves all manner of wine styles which have in common little or no sulphur and no preservatives, all naturally made and unfiltered. Likewise, the Bar Battu philosophy shines from the restaurant quality menu. Locally sourced where possible (not always easy within the urban sprawl) and entirely concentrated on natural simplicity and unfussy flavours, Battu offers both small snack dishes and heartier offerings. Continental in style, Bar Battu is an attractive, buzzing place in which to enjoy good food and great wine.

Friendly service and good food. Nice change from usual (professional) souless City fare.
Somewhere a bit different for lunch or dinner. Short but unusual menu well executed, informal atmopsphere and Ok service. Will go again
nice cosy place for an informal meal. small selection of good quality comfort food.
Extremely slow service and despite them saying they would refund the cost of the main course, they didn't at the end of the bill and it was too difficult to ask in front of the client. A little disappointing.
