If your a lover of Tennis then Wimbledon Tennis Museum and Tour is a must do.

having recieved a red card day for my 50th from my team at work we visited the Museum and tour on Tuesday 13th October (a glorious sunny day)

The Museum is so modern and has endless interactive items to keep you going for a good hourr or more, meanwhile, the Tour is just something else, taking in the major two courts allowing plenty of time to wallow in the nostalgia, the tour takes in Henman Hill, 1st and Centre Courts, outdoor courts, press room and a wlking tour of the outside courts, youve seen the Tennis and the film now do the tour, both a restaurant and parkling are available on site.

Yes, you have to go specifically there and you have to spent an entire day. However, I visit to the home of tennis is extremely worth it.

The museum depicts the history of the game in detail, with the aid of both items on display as well as videos presentations.

Add to the museum, the stadium tour - - the WImbledon Experience tour - - you would have a great day to remember.

During the tour, you have a walk about around the entire area, a couple of the stadium are shown. THe NO 1 court is nice. Sadly, during my visit (last January 2007), the centre court was being rebuild.

Also not that store is quite pricey.
