The Bombay Bistro is a favourite of ours. Lovely food, great service and good value. Would recommend.
Excellent food! Lame view of scuzzy Acton High Street so sit facing inside! Pricey for a non-posh place (8.50 a meat curry cheapest) but a cut above the rest. Genuine and friendly service.
Having a reward meal at Bombay Bistro, Acton on a quiet Monday evening we had the place to ourselves. Was impressed with the starter tandoori chicken was full of flavour and very spicy and the sleek kebabs. Both were impressively presented. We were left with high expectations from the main course however these were of the usual fare. While the portions seemed large the curries had too much sauce for the size of the serving dish. Not quite the flavour or finess of the starters but we enjoyed.
The restaurant has being painted. Went for more of curries here. Ordered Seabass Kerala style. Fish is big meaty portion. Enjoyed my meal very much. Very friendly place to dine.
What more can i say about Bombay Bistro in Acton that i haven't already. The food, service, value and ambience are all excellent - all 3 of us had different starters and mains and all were delicious, meals are decent sized so that even us big eaters couldn't eat it all (meaning we have leftovers to take home - perfect!) and all were beautifully presented. I can't rate this restaurant high enough so make sure you try it.
