Original Tagines

About Original Tagines

Tucked away just south of Regent’s Park near Baker Street, Original Tagine is an intimate restaurant in Marylebone that has garnered rave reviews for its understated interior and modern Moroccan fare. Whether you’re after a romantic table for two or a venue for a discreet business meeting, Original Tagine has a cosy local vibe. Noticeably missing are the souk-style throw-cushions and belly dancers one normally associates with Moroccan dining, and in their place are simple tiled floors and ironwork furniture. Signature dishes from the kitchen include the Tagine chicken-lemon cooked with ginger, herbs, carrots, green olives and preserved lemons; the cous cous kedra with lamb and caramelised raisins; and the rice pudding with orange blossom.

Original Tagines, London The food here was very tasty. The service was friendly and attentive. It was great value - we really appreciated the complementary lamb koftas they brought us too. We'd definitely go back.
