About Il Fiume

A quiet night in Il Fiume (3 tables in use, a weds after New year never going to be busy, it usually is later in the week/weekends), however friendly service meant that it wasnt a problem. Food was fantastic, parma ham, sardines, lasagne, crab linginue all top quality. Only blip on ordering was that the waitress wasn't too sure about wines to recommend, but after a bit of discussion we got a good result! Will definitely return.

We went here for the first time on a cold, bleak Saturday night to celebrate our anniversary. There is a nice menu supplemented by specials and we found it difficult to choose what to select. I went for the grilled vegetables with mozarella and my partner the special palma ham. The mozarella and vegetables were lovely as was the palma ham. We then both chose specials, myself the lamb and my partner the steak. Again both served perfectly with a selection of vegetables.
