HUNter 486 Brasserie

About HUNter 486 Brasserie

Named after the 1950s dialling code for Marylebone, HUNter 486 is the quirky restaurant of much talked about contemporary boutique hotel The Arch. Like the rooms above, HUNter 486 is luxurious and decadent with oodles of personality which set it apart from your average hotel dining room. Indeed HUNter 486 has become a destination in its own right with not only an impressive, deco-style interior complete with modern chandelier lighting, a muted colour palette and original features aplenty, but an exciting seasonal menu with French and Italian influences for sheer culinary opulence. A range of rooms, from the informal kitchen to the opulent Le Salon de Champagne, allows guests to choose the space to suit their needs.

This small and lovely restaurant is a little out of the way, and hidden in a boutique hotel but it's worth seeking out. It wasn't overly busy on the Friday evening we visited, but service was attentive and the food was excellent and quirky, with decent portion sizes on the set menu.

We were the only people there. Awful. Service was good but the food mediocre. Not happy.
