An excellent experience. We had three course, but I counted the arrival of 8 items in total, from the amuse bouche to the marshallows after dessert, and palate cleansers in-between. The food was stunning and the service understated but personalized and attentive. Wines available by the glass and not overly expensive. Definitely a restaurant for a special occasion or blow-out, as it is on the slightly more pricey side. Amongst the best restaurants we've eaten at though, and we will be going back.
an amazing gastronomic experience . we had the taster menu with wines to compliment every dish . yes the decor was bland , but the food was anything but ....
Roux is a very pleasant place to dine in a refined setting with lots of good old fashioned touches like intermediate courses and courteous service. On this occasion, the upstairs bar was much appreciated and as our party was large enough, the separate 'library' room provided privacy as well as a great meal. The wine list is particularly well chosen and the house selections are very good value. Will be back!
Roux in London is a great restaurant with delicious food and excellent service.
My boss had dinner with his wife at Roux at Parliament Square last night in Westminster. They said that the food was superb as was the service. They thoroughly recommend this restaurant for a special dinner.
