Excellent, as always!

My first visit to the Roux at Parliament Square (in London) did not disappoint. All the staff treated us incredibly well, they were friendly without being familiar and provided excellent advice on wine and food. The food was at a very high standard. We went for a special occasion and if the prices fit your budget I would recommend it.

As on my previous visit, Roux at Parliament Square was excellent in all respects - attentive but not over zealous service, good fine from the daily menu and a nice room where you feel quite private - even though the room is open.

My partner and I went to Roux last night for my birthday. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The service was amazing, tentative but not over the top. We opted for the 7 course tasting menu and it was amazing, I could not fault any of the courses. At the end of our meal the waiter served my dessert with Happy Birthday written in chocolate on my plate which was a nice touch.

Excellent food, although sometimes a little slow in terms of getting food out, but totally understandable given quality.
