what a pleasent surprise 'riviera' was !!! very welcomeing and cheerful staff. the food was excellent, good size portions, very well seasoned, very tasty, well presented, could'nt find anything to complain about, except maybe the loo's needed a re-vamp,over all, BRILLIANT!!
Riviera had a good vibe but was extremely busy - the staff seemed very rushed and stressed. Food was good, nice location in Battersea Square - perfect for a stroll along the Thames to work off dinner!
Booked for Easter Sun.The manager hadn't checked the emails & therefore wasn't aware of the booking but it didn't matter as the restaurant was so empty so plenty of seats were available.My dad's medium steak was perfect as were my mum's lamb cutlets.My husband's spag carbonara was too eggy.My pasta arrabiata was a bit too dry & it said,'with fresh basil' but I didn't taste it & none on the top.My mum said she's had better tiramisu.The waiter took great care of us. 'Free'drink on house nice touch
Riviera Restaurant - Battersea Square. Service was very friendly and they were not put off by us having a new baby but ensured we could fit the buggy in between tables. The food was nice.
very good meal 2nd week running at Riviera. excellent value nice location in summer near the river
