El Toro - Great steak at great prices
Loved the food would deff go back!
Service was good and pleasant, however the food arriving was a little slow - however the steak and condiments (Argentinian sauce/peppercorn sauces) were nice enough. The rice however was bland. Maybe because I am Indian and used to a little more depth and flavour to my rice lol. Overall certainly worth the groupon that I had bought :-)
Friendly, attentive staff. Agree with some of the other reviews about the side dishes such as the vegetable etc. could be better, they were nothing special. The steak however was delicious! Cooking perfectly and the meat just melted. I had the Rib eye and my boyfriend had the fillet and both of us really enjoyed the meal. Will definitely be going back, especially as they gave a voucher for our next meal.
We dined on Saturday, 2 people. We sat in the corner and felt being ignored by the staff. The waiters were random, some of them probably new and not knowing what needed to be done. We were asked for drinks 15 min. later and our starters about an hour after entering the restaurant and only after chasing the waiter. Food was however very nice. We had steaks (no discounts, full price). Always pleased with the food here, but disappointed with the service.
