Cinnamon Tree

About Cinnamon Tree

Exmouth Market is a bustling strip of restaurants and cafés between Clerkenwell and Finsbury which is only minutes away from Farringdon tube station. Popular with the local media set and locals who linger over dinner in the evenings, Cinnamon Tree is a brand new Indian restaurant that has opened to rave reviews. With a delicately spiced cuisine and a modern interior, this restaurant is close to all the local bars and is a great meeting point for nights out. The tandoori king prawn masala – grilled prawns cooked in a creamy almond and coconut sauce - is our pick but we also love the lamb rogon josh and the chicken saag cooked with spinach and spices.

Went to Cinnamon Tree London with a group of 8. Very decent food (not exceptional), good service.

LAst night 7 of us went for a Christmas Curry at the Cinnamon Tree in Exmouth Market. The welcome was warm, service impeccable and the food plentiful and delicious for both meat eaters and vegetarians. A couple of bottles of wine, a few tiger beers and soft drinks were imbibed. And came to the grand total of £21 per head. What a bargain. Will definitely go there again.

Had an OK lunch at Cinnamon Tree in Exmouth Market yesterday. Can't honestly say very much more than it was a fairly bog-standard Indian restaurant with nothing out of the ordinary. We were the only customers for the duration of our meal. Pleasant staff though.

Cinnamon Tree in Exmouth Market was alright. In an area not short on decent restaurants, perhaps this only stands out for being a very reasonable option. Other than that, it is far from being one of the best curry houses in London.

We were a large (and a little noise) group who were served quickly and the waiters were fantastic. I thought the food was great and all round a good night given this was an internal work dinner which I find can sometimes be hard to please everyone.
