We visited Thai Golden Palace near Leicester Square, London last night and had a lovely meal. The ambience was not fantastic due to bright lights and canteen like feel but food was great and filling. The pineapple rice was especially good. We'd recommend for the quality and value for money of the food.
Thai Golden Palace, Charing Cross Road, London Difficult to find but it's behind the two public phone boxes. We chose the pre-theatre Thai meal for two and were served quickly. The restaurant was busy so booking a table is a good idea. The meal was enjoyable and the price about £15 each.
No alcohol licence yet but staff were good
Thai Golden Palace we tried as we had a hankering for some Thai before a movie. The staff were friendly and the food fresh and fast. There is a huge menu so we will be back to try some other options. The bathrooms needed a really good scrub though but otherwise everything was great.
quite hard to find, but excellent value for money and they were in no hurry to move us from the table even though we had finished our food
