The Blues Restaurant & Bar in Harrow-on-the-Hill is on a mission – to bring tapas to the people of Harrow. If you fancy larger dishes, you can also choose from a range of pasta, pizza, salads and more. The Blues Restaurant & Bar is a chic venue for after-work drinks, dinner dates, corporate functions and lazy Sunday afternoon lunches. Located in the former Kings Head Hotel, dining areas include a spacious outdoor terrace and an elegant interior decorated with fresh flowers, delicate duck-egg-blue and white walls, framed prints and leather chairs. The music here is a retro mix of 70s, 80s and 90s – and the bar boasts an old-school cocktail and champagne selection.

Blues Restaurant & Bar Harrow on the Hill is a small diner with a Spanish influenced menu. Staff are friendly and food arrives fresh and quickly. We had a nice evening. Good for couples or small groups.
Very relaxed atmospher, good food and good service. Will definitely be making another reservation.
We had a lovely evening on Valentine's Day. There was a set menu which included a glass of wine but we preferred to choose the tapas dishes and finished with a banana pancake which was delicious. Relaxed atmosphere.
We had a very relaxed evening at Blues Restaurant and Bar, Harrow on the Hill. The food was delicious tapas, lots of dishes to choose from on the menu.The service was excellent.
Interesting restaurant with a modern tapas style. Loved the chorizo and patatas.
