With its slate grey, navy and chocolate colour scheme, leather banquettes, modern prints and polished wooden floors, Fish and Grill is a sleek venue for business brunches and dinner dates, and the kitchen showcases fresh fish and crustacea from the south coast and Cornwall. Specialties include the whitebait with aioli, the kipper salad, and the old spot pork which can be washed down with Guiness, lager or a selection of fine wines from the bar. We love the smoked haddock with a poached egg, mustard and creamed potato.

The food was great and the service, however both tables either side of us had very raucous people on them spoiling the ambience entirely.
The Fish & Grill in Croydon is a very good seafood restaurant in the mididle of a busy high street. The seafood platter was fresh if a wee bit small. My friend had the fish pie and declared it 'excellent' - tasty and fluffy potatoe with a good fish filling with the same concern; not much fish. With the 25% off on the food and a bottle of wine and dessert; it was not an unreasonable bill - £61. I would definitely go again - service good - greeter could do with a smile.
Nice meal, not the best grill bar I have been too, but still very tasty. Fish dishes were lovely, the steak offered isn't the best cut. Would advise double checking bill as they only put 15% discount instead of 25% also they automatically add a service charge of 12.5%, the service was worth it though.
Fish and Grill is a bit of a gem in the Croydon eating scene. We had a table for 14, and the staff were very attentive. The food was lovely, great fish, fantastic steaks. Only gripe would be that it took a really long time for food to arrive.
Fish & Grill in South Croydon had excellent service, the food was very tasty and the ambiance was very relaxing and chilled.
