Pétrus has several fixed price menus and an a la carte menu, each of which change with the seasons. Choose from a limited selection of starters and mains, with a focus on fresh, quality produce, cooked to perfection. Seafood features heavily within starters such as Ise of Skye scallop with coastal herbs and lemon, lobster raviolo with fennel and bisque and smoked eel with caviar, celeriac and apple.

You can expect mains cooked with produce such as Dover sole, Cornish brill, Aynhoe Park deer and 100 days aged blue grey beef. The dessert menu includes dishes such as plaisir sucre with chocolate cremeux, figs souffle with star anise and matcha ice cream and pear tart with frangipane, mascarpone and cardamom.
