We love this restaurant - in a buzzy area behind Victoria Station and always welcoming with good food.
Lived in the area for ages and for some reason had never tried this place but glad i did. Little gem. Lovely atmosphere. Not the best value for money. However, if not counting the pennies, definitely worth a visit.
About thyme was great. we had the pre theatre menu which you had to order by 7 but could stay as long as you like and it was excellent value. The portions were large and very well cooked and presented. The tables were well spaced out and the service was really good. We didnt try the desserts but they looked very tempting All 5 of us agreed it was a great find!
Yes, the ‘About Thyme’ (Wilton Road, London) restaurant lived up to the excellent ‘toptable’ rating with a good selection of food well cooked and presented coupled with the small but pleasant surrounding this restaurant ‘ticked’ all the right boxes for us.
Restaurant About Thyme is located near Victoria Station, London and is a great lunch spot! The food is lovely, service is good. The only thing I would recommend is that they add a little more salmon to their salmon salad! There was too much lettuce and too little salmon if you ask me... But other than that, great lunch spot which I can definitely recommend!
