Nice place with decent atmosphere. Good food but even better desserts!
A really great local bar and restaurant if you live near Clapham Common Northside or Lavender Hill. We have eaten here a few times and I especially loved their 2 steak dinners on a Thursday and you got a bottle of red wine free....cheaper than the average takeaway for 2!!! Love the staff here too, always so chatty and friendly and never in an overbearing way! Love the atmospehere here too.
We had a lovely evening at the Elephant on the Hill in Battersea. The food was fantastic and the portions very generous. The wine list was very reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We sat in the bar area at first and had a few drinks before moving to our table for the meal. Great place for a relaxed evening and comfort food. Will definitely go again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Elephant on the Hill. We had a lovely table in the window where we were served a fantastic meal. The staff were very attentive and there was a good selection of wine and beers. Before and after our meal we relaxed on the sofa's and enjoyed a glass of wine in the pleasant atmosphere.
Great Sunday lunch venue, friendly staff, very helpful and attentive.
