Chef Douglas Santi began his career at 13 years old as a cook learning from Laurent Saudeau, Paul Bocuse and Alain Ducasse, who he worked with for 5 years. He believes successful restaurants need dedication, time and only the very best ingredients.

Good restaurant. Standard good quality Italian food. We thought it was very expensive and some of the prices extraordinary. Would not go back but only because of poor value for money.

I took a client to Babbo Restaurant, Albemarle, Mayfair for lunch and I thought it was very good. The food is some of the best Italian food I've tasted, great service and good atmosphere, I'd go back.

The food was fabulous and the service superb. Unfortunately this rather small restaurant had two separate parties of ten the evening my wife and I were there. This made the restaurant unacceptably noisy ... but after we were offered a glass of champagne we started getting used to it.
