Cleopatra's Needle

About Cleopatra's Needle

This ancient Egyptian obelisk is around 21 metres (68 feet) high and weighs around 180 tons. It was originally erected in the Egyptian city of Heliopolis on the orders of Thutmose III, around 1450 BC.
