POP Bar in the lobby of London's Park Lane Hilton is one fabulous drinking den. With glamourous champagne-coloured décor, modern low seating, servers clad in chic Paul Smith wrap dresses, and an eye-candy clientele, POP makes other bars look a tad behind the times. Co-owned by Pommery, one of the best champagne houses around, POP's main tipple is everyone's favourite bubbly, especially Pommery's own POP and POP Pink in mini bottles with a straw. Great British pop artist Sir Peter Blake – who designed the iconic Sgt Pepper album and never stopped – created five vibrant new works for POP's walls. Witty, playful, elegant bar in a central location.
