We dined at twotwentytwo in London for a quick dinner. It was very cosy and comfortable. The food was good - nice classic selection on the menu.
I took my two staff to twotwentytwo at The Landmark Hotel for a New Year lunch. The food was, as always, excellent. On this occasion we found the service to be rather slow, especially as we had booked early and there were few diners when we arrived. We waited over 30 minutes between ordering and receiving our starters; also had to chase up the mains. Fortunately the food made up for the deficiencies in the service!
Twotwentytwo Well what can I say we booked for an office Xmas lunch for 16 people. Food was good and reasonable but the organisation of the meal was lazy. With the menu we should have offered a glass of Prosecco on arrival but this was offered half way through the meal whilst we were drinking the wine a bit of a disaster. Watch out for coffee and tea orders £5.65 for a mint tea, this what pushes up the price.
222 is a very strange venue - odd layout, far too bright overhead lighting, no atmosphere and surly but efficient service. However the food was excellent.
Booked a booth table atTwotwentytwo on Marylebone Road for a business dinner for 3 people. The restaurant had a nice feel to it and the food and service was excellent. Couldn't fault it.
