Spice Carriage

About Spice Carriage

Tucked away at the end of Barnet High Street, the Spice Carriage has been a favourite with local curry connoisseurs for many years. The narrow but cosy restaurant has been designed to look like a railway carriage, complete with traditional décor and comfortable booths that are perfect for long lunches or full-on feasts with family and friends. The menu includes familiar favourites like chicken tikka masala and lamb jalfrezi, all cooked using traditional recipes and fresh herbs and spices. If you’re looking for something a little different, try a Spice Carriage specialty like sizzling tandoori chicken with garlic and coriander, or the chilli fish tikka – a Bangladeshi dish with a delicious fiery sauce. For first class Indian food in Barnet, you can’t go wrong here.

Beautiful food with fresh flavours and attentive staff. The quirky carriage feel of the dinning room is great. Would recommend to others. Great value.
