Balls brothers Minster court, great food but very disapointting service, I had to ask for a menu as we were sat at the table with nothing, the drinks took an age to come then on the second order of drinks they gave me water with a slice of lime as oppossed to a soda and fresh lime, the food took 40 minutes to come out and we were pretty much ignored by the staff. Wouldnt recommend it, if you want a flowing lunch !
Usually go to Balls Brothers by the Gherkin at St Mary's axe. The service at Mincing Lane was not as good - however I much prefered the layout of this restuarant and the menu was more comprehensive. Watched the first day of the Cheltnam Races on their big screen - great atmposphere for a lunchtime.
very slow service!!! dont bother using if you only have a lunch "hour"
Balls Brothers Minster Exchange was an exceptional business lunch. We arrived for an hour and stayed for three. Although the service took a little longer than anticipated the atmosphere and quality of the cuisine allowed for the hours to whisk by without notice. Thoroughly enjoyable.
