A lovely restaurant with excellent food. Lots of space in the restaurant area enables conversation without worrying about adjoining tables. Thoroughly recommended
1 Lombard Street at Bank: I had a lovely evening - we were in the main restaurant and had the tasting menu. Food was really nice, both well presented and very tasty. Elegant surroundings and attentive service as well.
The staff were excellent. I felt like they couldn't do enough to accommodate all our various (and tedious) requests. Next time I probably wouldn't go for the taster menu - stick to the a la carte menu. Still cannot fault the service though.
The offer is good value and makes for an enjoyable evening
