Rhodes 24

About Rhodes 24

Located atop Tower 42, the City of London’s tallest complete building, Rhodes 24 is the Michelin-starred brainchild of celebrity chef Gary Rhodes. Directly overlooking the Gherkin then out across the South Bank and beyond, Rhodes 24 with its floor to ceiling windows offers an unbeatable position from which to really appreciate the beautiful British capital. The smart, modern décor of the spacious, bright dining room is very much in keeping with the corporate environment of the building and its little surprise to find that the clientele is made up of a combination of city slickers loosening their ties and business diners doing deals as well as, of course, a great many foodie types attracted by the celebrity name and Michelin nod. None are disappointed, with a typically Rhodes-esque menu full of comforting British favourites done with precision and elegance.

A perfect Business Dinner with a Stunning View. It was however a bit cold and quiet but the service was excellent and food amazing. Try the Risotto and also the Venison. It was amazing.

Rhodes 24 Great views - food good but would have expected a little better as the skin on fish was not crispy and the poached pear was a little under poached.

Rhodes 24 -Service was brilliant and a great ambience about the place. The quality of the food was lovely - a shame about the portion size. For such a costly meal, you would hope not to leave hungry, which unfortunately we did!
