Richoux

About Richoux

An iconic London institution, Richoux is the place to sip and be seen in central London. Perfect for posh pre-theatre bites, business breakfasts and afternoon tea this renowned restaurant chain dates back to 1909 when it opened as a prestigious patisserie and confectioner in the capital. Needless to say, the puddings and cakes here are to die for, and the Mayfair branch of Richoux, located on South Audley Street, is a hop and a skip away from Grosvenor Square and a short stroll from Bond Street and the American Embassy. The classic cafe menu at Richoux is filled with old-school favourites, and we adore the signature eggs Benedict with English ham, and the classic Richoux club sandwich.

We had a really nice business lunch in the old fashioned venue of Richoux in Mayfair. This made a really nice change to have good old chicken kiev in very pretty surroundings and I will be revisiting next year.

I have been to Richoux previously on a much busier day, and the service was pleasent and timely. Either the service has just gone down hill or I got a waitress was serving me has no concept of time. As at every stage of delivery I was waiting an extremely long time.

Richoux was the perfect venue for my morning meeting. Good selection of breakfast options, spacious enough to have a conversation between 6 and still be heard.
