About Hugo's

A well-kept secret on a cobbled mews in London’s Queens Park, Hugo’s Restaurant is a real favourite with the in the know locals of this chichi part of town. Behind an intriguing green and white painted façade, the frontage dotted with tables and chairs for informal al fresco dining, you’ll find a real treasure of a dining room, an intimate, sensuous red painted space with dark wood furnishings and a romantically informal air, eclectic music straight from Hugo’s jazz club roots providing a smooth background to dinner. During the day, Hugo’s is relaxed and easy, deliciously rustic brunches and home style roasts offered on the crowd-pleaser menu. In the evening, though the restaurant becomes more upmarket, the chef’s dedication to good, fresh and sustainable food shining through on a menu of modern European and British dishes, all made with carefully sourced ingredients from British farms and hand crafted in the kitchen to order.

Fabulous, as always. Our favourite local restaurant... Come if you like good, no nonsense modern British fare. Our server (Jesus) was lovely and helpfully recommended us the fish stew, which two of our party had and really enjoyed. Good atmosphere any night but we especially enjoy sunday nights with the live music.
