Fifteen London
About Fifteen London
Fifteen London restaurant, just off the City Road, is owned by the Jamie Oliver Foundation and was made famous by the 2002 tv documentary series featuring Jamie Oliver and his original team of fifteen young chefs from troubled backgrounds. Right from the start, Fifteen London has been an excellent restaurant, but it has now come of age beautifully and is a legend in its own right. Set in a handsome old building near Old Street, Fifteen London Restaurant enjoys a downstairs dining room that’s a bright, urban space with retro styling and an open kitchen. The menu features top quality seasonal produce in modern Mediterranean dishes with an Italian slant. The daily-changing menus include dishes like freshly-picked Devonshire crab on toasted sourdough with lentils di Castelluccio and brown crab meat dressing; Fifteen’s Sicilian fisherman’s stew; and buttermilk and vanilla panna cotta with spiced roasted plums and cinnamon shortbread. Fifteen London has a laid-back vibe and excellent wine list, integral elements in one of London’s premiere dining experiences.

My sister and I had a lovely Sunday lunch here. Wait staff are attentive and you're made to feel welcome, and unhurried. The food was delicious. I also had the matching wines, where the sommelier would pop past the table and give a little info as to what I was drinking. I would definitely recommend for relaxed dining with quality, hearty food.
Fifteen was once again a real treat. Fanatstic food and service. We did the paired wines with our meal and they were all fantastic - well worth doing.
We really enjoyed our evening out. Food was its usual high standard, atmosphere was lively but not too loud, service is attentive and wine was excellent. I would like there to have been a bit more opportunity to try something special on the menu (it was very Italian) but there were two veggie options for starters and main which is not bad going. Dessert was fabulous - ginger cake with pumpkin ice cream. It was the star of the evening.
Fifteen Great service and food was OK but such a limited menu, Im not fussy but I could only see 2 dishes that I was interested in.
Exceptional Italian food!
