    The UK's hottest Street Dance showcase event featuring the elite of the UK and European dance scene is back for 2012. In the lead up to the main event, SuperBad Events presents SAS'12: The Battles - 6 battle nights devoted to the underground dance community taking place at the University of London Union (ULU). Supported by NIKEiD Studio, London, battle competitors will face off in one of 12 different dance styles during a series of live events taking place on the first Thursday of every month until 1st March 2012. Kicking off on Thursday 6th October with a solo popping battle and 2 vs. 2 hip hop battles, future styles include Locking, Bboying, Waacking, Krump, House, Crews and more! SAS'12: The Battle winners will not only gain the champion title and cash prize, but in an alternative twist to the traditional "trophy", will also receive a one-on-one design session at the NIKEiD Studio in central London. During this session, winners will work with a NIKEiD design consultant to custom build their perfect pair of Nike Hyperfuse Trainers and have them created exclusively for their wear only. NIKEiD design consultants will also be on hand at every battle event for everyone (dancer or otherwise!) who is feeling creative and wishing to try their hand at trainer customisation. If your design is awarded the "freshest kicks" title on the night, you too will have them created and have a pair delivered directly to your front door. This is Street dance as you have never seen it before, and your opportunity to witness the UK’s finest dancers in their element. They are prepared to show London just how serious they really are, are you ready to experience the spectacular power of the battle arena?
