Pizza Express can go one of two ways for me, usually. It's either efficient, with a cool vide, or it's manic, crammed and noisy and you have to keep asking staff for attention to order your drink etc. 7pm on a weekday was the second scenario, sadly. Only went as it was convenient post-work.
