Seafresh restaurant in London’s Victoria has been serving top-flight fish and chips and more since 1965. This family-run restaurant entered its second generation not long ago and has had a bright new refit to celebrate. The walls are now bright white with a cool blue lightstrip and wooden wainscoting, the floors and tables light wood and the overall feeling easy and casual. Try starter of classic avocado with prawns, then something fresh from the fish list either deep-fried in ultralight batter or grilled, followed by Italian ice cream.

as always great although prices gone up a little?
We quite enjoyed this but I had expected more than just fish & chips. Perhaps my misreading of the Toptable entry, which gave me the impression that fish could be served in other ways. The fish we had was fresh and the batter good though over-generous, and the chips were a bit pallid. It's fine for a basic chippy.
Seafresh restaurant, Pimlico, London - excellent fish and chip shop and restaurant close to Victoria. You can't beat their traditional fish (cod or haddock) and chips but there's also an extensive menu ranging from fresh seabass to calamari. rather disappointed...the plaice was greasy and small. cod or haddock better last time was there
