About Hackney Marshes
Hackney Marshes is an area of grassland on the western bank of the River Lee, forming part of Lee Valley Park, which leads up to Hackney Stadium. The area will be incorporated into the new Olympic Park, which is being built in preparation for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
