The 1.6-hectare (4-acre) farm site is home to goats, sheep, pigs, donkeys, geese, chickens and some smaller animals. See if you can spot the resident farm cats grabbing a daytime nap as you make your way around the barns and pastures.
Stop by the wildlife pond and the community gardens, or watch the horses grazing in their paddock.
There’s an extra treat for train lovers as the farm runs alongside two railway lines.
