Toptable says about Brew Wharf

Brew Wharf is a restaurant and micro-brewery in London's Bankside that is a great place to dine, bask in the sunshine (seasonal) and, if you're lucky, catch a view of the brewers at their art. Set under soaring railway arches by Borough Market and Vinopolis, the dining rooms and terrace are casual, modern, well-designed spaces with so much vertical space you'll feel light-headed. Or maybe that's the superb brew, including Brew Whar's own Wharf Best and seasonal offerings. Brewing takes place about every other Tuesday and beers can be taken away for home consumption. Oh the food! Modern European with a special emphasis on fish, like beer-battered fish and chips. Cheers.

The Brew Wharf was a welcome find in an area of town I don't know too well. It was handy, the food was pretty okay (and I'm a stickler) for the price and it was very convenient for the theatre we were going to nearby. In and out within an hour and just a really handy spot to know about...plus it has all the atmosphere of Borough Market around it, also a definite plus.

It's the kind of place that needs a buzz to stop it feeling like an empty warehouse...a 2pm table in January didn't provide it I'm afraid. The food was nice enough and the beer fantastic. Bring your own crowd or go at a busier time and I'm sure it works a lot better.

The food at Brew Wharf was fantastic! Large portions, fantasic presentation and flavours and a great selection. The restaurant also specializes in a large selectionof global beersand their own homebrews. The lamb and the duck were particularly excellent, and we left very satisfied with no room for dessert unfortunately!! Highly recommended!

Went to Brew Wharf on a Friday night for dinner with 6 friends. The food was good but I felt that it lacked atmosphere. The service was fairly average although one member of staff was very helpful when dealing with my friends allergy. Would probably go again but maybe for lunch or a quick bite, not the place for a special meal.
