About Kollun

Kollun is a registered charity with an excellent record in the community for providing essential voluntary services to Bangladeshi women and girls. It was established in 1976 and registered in 2002 and since its inception it has contributed towards the welfare of female Bangladeshi residents of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets a section of society which suffers from isolation, lack of self confidence and a language barrier. The centre has registered membership over 1500 women and girls who use the facility to access and participate in the various community projects Kollun has been delivering.
