Toptable says about Patterson's

This airy, minimalist Mecca is a firm favourite with businessmen in the day, and a more informal crowd at night. Patterson's, in the West End, is owned and run by a father and son team and Raymond's wife and daughter also work here, which adds to the friendly atmosphere. Service is superlative, with staff well-briefed on the mouthwatering modern European menu.

Patterson's offers a very tasty and tasteful experience, and wine prices are reasonable (house wine starts at £23). However, the vegetarian options are extremely limited (one for each course, and less interesting in their range i.e. quiche was the main dish). We did the 40% discount deal, and it was good value.

Once again another fabulous meal at Patterson's. The food tasted divine and was presented in such a manner as to be a work of art. Service was good and unobtrusive. A truly pleasurable evening.

i give Pattersons a generous 7. we arrived 10 minutes late, and had to wait 35 minutes to be seated dspite there being empty 4-person tables in view. the drinks we had in the wait were not free.

the starters took 30 minutes and then there was an unexplained and unapologised wait of 55 minutes for main cousre which was unacceptable. the food was good if unexceptional - they added their 15% service on as standard which is why the service was so bad

there are better places to go

Absolutely incredible food by all at Pattersons. The starters were fantastic, the beef was divine and the chocolate surprise...Wow!! It really was a pleasure experiencing such fantastic flavour combinations and great service as always. Seriously cannot recommend it highly enough!

Going to Pattersons is always a pleasurable experience - however the food was particularly good yesterday and value for money around Mayfair, why would you go elsewhere? Altogether a fantastic experience!
