Qigong (Ch’i Kung): Beginners 1st Trial Class at The Drill Hall

For those who haven't tried qigong before, the 1st class of the course can be paid for as a one-off trial session. The remaining 12 weeks of the course are at the same time the next week. We will be concentrating on a new set of moving qigong exercises, as well as Zhan Zhuang (standing pole Qigong) and some Yiquan techniques.
