Maze

About Maze

Maze Gordon Ramsay restaurant in London’s Mayfair is a Michelin-starred jewel in chef Ramsay’s restaurant empire crown. Maze’s beautifully designed dining room by David Rockwell with a rosewood bar, citrusy colour scheme and views over Grosvenor Square Gardens, make the perfect mise-en-scène for the fine French/Asian cuisine that you’ll find here. The dishes break the formal traditions of French cuisine, instead opting for Asian-style tasting-sized dishes to be enjoyed in any amount or order you choose. Maze is crawling with a chic clientele for schmoozy lunches, and a smart designer-clad set for evening meals, from fashionistas to fund managers to anyone who knows their gastronomy. Signature dishes include the tuna tartare with toasted pine nuts, chilli, Tashkin mint and Bloody Mary sorbet, and the pot-roasted Royal Berkshire pork cheeks with broad beans and new season parsnip purée. Maze’s wines form an erudite roll call of fine bottles from the Alsace to Spain.

Maze - Gordon Ramsay in London We had the lunch bites meal in January. The food was great, special flavours in some of them (e.g. butternut squash soup). They were accomodating to change some meals as i dont eat meat. Great service and atmosphere.

Maze,LondonW1K 6P The restaurant had a nice "feel" to it, and it was an enjoyable experience. We took the 4 - course option and the choices available were good. There was a very long wait betwwen courses 1 and 2, and a very short wait between 2 and 3, and 3 and 4.The crumble desert was very different to what I expected withnot much "crumble" and basically was a sweet mousse.the wines were good.
