we ate at club gascon as a celebration of my birthday. the food was good, definatley not worth £ 200 tho, and the service was good. there was no real ambience to the restaurant, and i'm sorry to say that i would probably never go there again. its not that its bad,it just never gave you a good feeling after. it didn't really feel like you got your moneys worth.

i would however recomend it for people that just want to try something different.

Club Gascon's waiting staff are extremely attentive and skilled and the food and amuse-bouches are wonderful. Thoroughly recommended especially for lunch when the set menu is very good value.

Club Gascon. Creative cuisine, unusual combinations. The staff could be looking around more, and be faster to catch the eye. The "nibbles of the house" in between courses are highly appreciated. £28 for three courses is a good deal, the wine however must be highly profitable.

Club Gascon is a great place serving wonderful food. With a very relaxed modern ambience in the restaurant, our waiter JC was very helpful in explaning the various dishes. We opted for 'Le Marche' a 5 course seasonal menu. Each course was beautiful on both presentation and taste. To top it all there was 50% off the main meal leaving a price of ~£120 for two including drinks. I will certainly be going back
