Toptable says about The Zetter Restaurant

Talk about a double whammy. The luxurious Zetter restaurant in London's Clerkenwell is not only a destination restaurant, it's set in a fabulous destination hotel of the same name. The Zetter restaurant encompasses the spacious, airy ground floor of this converted Victorian warehouse, transformed into a beautiful, breezy space. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook historic cobbled St John's Square where guests can dine al fresco in summer. Diego Jacquet (who's cooked at El Bulli and Manhattan's Acquavit) serves a sensational modern Mediterranean menu that's worth every bit of the reasonable prices charged. The Atrium Bar, with its comfortable retro-style furnishings, provides a stylish sanctuary for drinkers who adore the creative cocktails and live music provided by a jazz band every Sunday lunch.

The Zetter is a very pleasant room. Light and airy with interesting views. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. Food was very good, excellent and varied choice of dishes. This was my fifth visit and my next is on Tuesday. I would recommend this restaurant very highly.

I loved the decor of The Zetter! With the Top Table deal, the food was very affordable and tasty. On the negative side, however, it took forever for a server to take our order (and he smelled...which when you're trying to eat and smell the lovely a food aromas, it's very off-putting) and then when the bill came, they had not given us the 50% deal and they has mis-charged for one of the dishes. All in all, it was a nice meal and I would recommend The Zetter.

I went to The Zetter for a birthday meal and from the outset the services was incredible - warm and attentive. The starters (my guests had the foie gras, I had garlic prawns and chorizio) were brilliant - the mains a little less inspirational, but a great deal with the top table offer. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.
