great food but lacked the ambience without entertainment/background music of interest.
Londinium @ London Bridge Hotel - High expectations due to previous reviews and prices but very let down by the main course. There's nothing like chewy fatty steak that costs £21 a piece to put you off a place and unfortunately both me and my guest had the same main course. Starters and deserts were fine but nothing special. Service - an attempt to keep her distance proved to result in pretty poor service have to wait a fairly long time between courses and to order
The food at Londinium was good, but it was a little over priced. Service was very good though. All in all, a reasonable meal.
Londonium does a great deal for lunch with Pieminster and serves delicious pies with 2 sides. The restaurant is super quiet at lunchtime so ideal place for business meetings. Service is very good especially as you might be the only ones there. It is a shame as it is a lovely restaurant
we dined @the londinium in the london bridge hotel the service was excellent i ordered the pidgeon for starters it was slightly overcooked but ok i had halibut for mains it was absolutely tremendous best piece of fish i have had ,because we ate before 8pm you get 1 main meal free would use the resteraunt again a most thouroughly enjoyable meal and reasonably priced
