The Aston bar and grill was very cosy and well presented. Service was good and so wass the food. Portions were also very generous.

A wonderful Valentine's evening spent at Aston Bar and Restaurant.

Food took a while to come, but we were in no rush and the staff very excellent.

The place very much feels like a hotel restaurant but that didn't spoil the romance of the evening - let's face it, no restaurant is perfect on Valantine's day. Food was very good value, and we were full and satisfied!

Would go again, esp. if staying at the hotel.

The Aston Bar and Restaurant was a great venue for Valentines Day meal. The food was good and reasonably priced with a set menu. The ambience was good but spoiled slightly by them playing 4Music channel into the venue... an odd choice! The service was outstanding however and all in all it was an excellent evening.

Highly recommend!

Visited for Valentines 2009

The food was excellent.

The staff were friendly. They did forget a steak knife for me and we were left 30 mins between finishing our coffee before someone came with the bill, other than that a fun and enjoyable night
