I booked Guanabana for my birthday party meal. Although there were 17 of us the staff dealt efficiently with our ordering and the food arrived reasonably quickly, although there was a slight hiccup when two meals were delivered by accident and then taken away. The food is tasty and portions are generally huge. I'd recommend the Jerk Chicken but avoid the fajitas if you're hungry: the portion is average sized but there's not a great deal of chicken served on the sizzling plate.
The first hurdle was arriving at the restaurant and Guanabana, London had no record of our booking. They did inform me that toptable had done this a lot in the past. The restaurant was very busy and we had to wait for a table to be set up for the 7 of us. They looked after us very well and made sure we were well looked after. Before ordering, we were told that a fair amount of the menu wasn't available which was annoying. But the food was good and I would definitely recommend this to others.
Went to Guanabana in Kentish Town, and definitely worth every penny! The Mojito and Jerk Chicken was an ideal friday night meal! Love it and definitely recommend it!

Went to Guanabana with a party of 10 people. The food was extremely good, very nicely spiced as carribean food should be and good size portions. Service was really good, and definitely one of the best BYOB I have been to. Very good value for money.
