With three bars and a covered terrace, La Rascasse is popular with a glossy after-work cocktail crowd and the menu – from the natural oysters and classic moules mariniere to the roasted Burgundy snails and the fillet of seabass with a shrimp risotto and vanilla sauce – has a distinctly French flair. Went to La Rascasse for their excellent lunchtime deal, which is 2 courses for £7.50. The food was delicious and the service attentive. I would recommend it.
What a wonderful restaurant with tasty food and excellent friendly service. I would have no hesitation to recommend La Rascasse in Beckenham. The only down side is having to share the toilets with the bar-goers as this can take away from the overall ambience of the great restaurant. Nevertheless, a meal to remember!
We went on a Sunday night (bank holiday weekend) and had a very tasty meal! Great value at £17.50 for 3 courses! Service was a little slow but they were very busy and when we were served it was friendly! Will be back!
Beautiful food, great value lunch at 7.50 for 2courses. Drinks not cheap but when the food is such amazing value you really don't mind. Good French cuisine cooked with amazing flavour. Have been going weekly now for a year and never disappointed
