usually a fan of other branches of this chain, our first visit to this location was a disappointment. although having booked through TT (and seeing the booking in the restaurants book on arrival) there was no table available. instead they put the lights on downstairs and we were moved into the basement restaurant on our own! after 15 minutes waiting we had to go to the kitchen to request they call upstairs to get a waitress!! food was fine but completely let down by the experience itself.
Spaghetti house, Sicilian Ave, London. How refreshing - immensely welcoming, friendly and professional. The food was great value for money, two of us had the lunch deal and the kids meal was really great at only £5 for 2 courses. I forgot to ask for my salad dressing on the side and they made me a new one, even though it was my own fault. My only criticism was my husbands chickpea salad was a little too cold, as if straight out of the fridge but a small thing during a lovely, peaceful lunch.
Our dining experience at Spaghetti House in London was quite good. The portions were large and the food was tasty. Unfortunately, the waiters and waitresses were not very attentive (despite the fact that it weas not very busy at the time) and we felt slightly ignored at times.
Brilliant, lovely people, good food, great service and reasonably priced!
Went to the Spaghetti House for a work lunch with the whole team...lovely friendly waiter and great service as usual. The food is great value and much better than the Strada/Pizza Express equivalent.
