Most of the meat Goodman serves in their Mayfair restaurant is from American USDA ‘Prime’ corn-fed herds, but the staff also source grain-fed Irish Angus, rare breed Belted Galloway from Devon and grass-fed Scottish meat. The menu reads like a carnivore’s dream, and every steak served has been dry-aged on site and cooked over charcoal.
