After nearly a decade, the Shack is back! Situated just a stones throw from its original Knightsbridge location, the Chicago Rib Shack has brought a heart-warming slice of America to one of the most prestigious areas of London. Set to a lively soundtrack of soul, rock and blues, diners can start in the bar with a round of American beers, cocktails or bourbons before settling down to a meal of delicious barbequed and smoked meats. Signature dishes include the full rack of baby back ribs, onion loaf, manslaw, potato skins and the classic Rib Shack burger. All of their meat is sourced from English free-range farms and the smoked meats are dry-rubbed with a 25-year old spice blend – delicious!

very good meal
Chicago Rib Shack. My family and I had a pre-theatre meal on Saturday. We will definitely return, the service was 5 star as was the food. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

As always, this visit was an excellent experience. To start a margarita on the rocks in the bar whils we were waiting to be seated. We ordered some apetisers and then everyone got ribs apart from the kids who went for the burgers. BBQ sauce is probably one of the best in London, pretty close to that of Big Easy, good thing about Chicago is the fact you're not cramped, there is plenty space and the ambiance is very chilled. Will come back!
