The Bingham Restaurant

About The Bingham Restaurant

Located in a Georgian townhouse dating from the 1700’s and overlooking the Thames, The Bingham offers a unique dining experience. The Bingham’s contemporary decor offers a stylish backdrop for decadent yet informal dining. Executive chef Shay Cooper has been awarded 3 AA rosettes for his modern British menu, focusing on bringing exquisite flavours to seasonal ingredients. Start with a terrine of corn fed chicken, ham hock and foie gras served with caramelized fig and move to a robust main of Scottish fillet served with roast parsnips, walnuts and lemon thyme dressing. A heated balcony makes a wonderfully romantic setting for watching the sunset while dining al fresco in Spring and Summer.

The Bingam 61 - 63 Petersham Road, Richmond, TW10 6UT One one review 'OUTSTANDING'

We booked dinner at The Bingham for a Friday night and although we had to choose an earlier dinner reservation it was absolutely brilliant. The food was amazing and the service excellent. The menu is on the expensive side but well worth it as a treat or for a special occasion. I would absolutely recommend it.

The Bingham, Richmond. The food and wine on the tasting menu were excellent. The only slight issue was that at some points the food and drink got out of sync so that we had to wait for the accompanying wine.

Midweek lunch for two in solitary splendour here feels like you have your own personal butler. The Bingham is emphatically not cheap, but turns out well designed and technically skilled fine dining. The set lunch offers best value but limited choice - just two dishes at each course. Compare this to lunch at £20+ elsewhere, as I have, and you may find it lacking, but you cannot fault the dedication of the kitchen. Generally silly wine prices; very few bottles under £30, but we found one to enjoy.
