The cunningly contemporary yet classically comfortable interior and 110 outdoor seats provide an excellent location for star spotting: huge London premiers are held right next door and it's a favourite of Tom Hanks when he's in town. On second visit the Hampshire restaurant was excellent as usual. Pre dinner drink in lounge relaxing lounge is a must, great for watching Leicester Sq buzz! Had Valentine%u219 Day set menu which was great value and even bigger enjoyment. Main course dish (sea bass) was warm when it arrived but it was promptly re-ordered from the kitchen and was perfect. Always a pleasure, will come back!
The Hampshire Restuarant is in a great location for a meal before going to the cinema or theatre.. The food was good, and service slow to start with, but when we mentioned going to the theatre they responded quickly.
We had a large Xmas booking (16) with the set menu which was excellent. The Turkey main was huge and with all the trimmings. Dessert was OK - brown bread ice cream was the best from the menu. Overall was a top location and extremely affordable given this and the quality of the food.
The Hampsgire restaurant was welcoming and friendly and the service was excellent.The food was reasonable, although the lamb was excellent.
